Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

what visa is needed ?

Hi I am a victim advocate for the Prosecutor's Office. My question is this: This individual was a victim of a 1st degree robbery that will be going to trial, however the victim left back to Mexico because he was severly hurt due to this crime. How can we bring him back to only testify at court for the trial. What visa is necessay? How long will this take? How much will this cost? Is there agencies that help victims who are in other countries?

Why is this your job to secure witnesses? I never heard of that. The AP's investigator should take care of this. Are you sure that your office is really going to front the costs for this? Its is rare for them to do so.
