Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in New Jersey

My 9 year old son has recently been charged with Criminal Mischief for throwing rocks over a fence onto oncoming traffic damaging 3 cars also he was place on a house adjustment for hitting a boy with a stick after the boy struck him first but my son cause damage to the boy face that's why he was given the house adjustment we are now summons to court I just wanted to know what are we to expect from this ?

Depends on how it is handled. Its rare that a 9 year old can really form that type of criminal intent. So, they may start looking at you as the root of the problem. DYFS may get involved and from there, its not fun at all. I suggest you get a good attorney to help you through all of this.
