Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in New Jersey

I'm unsure of specifics of the requirements for emancipation of a minor in New Jersey:

The child must be living separate and apart from the parents or guardian-How is this possible if the parents are wrongly controlling what the minor does? She has tried to live with her grandparents but her parents force her to come back because the grandparents are afraid to stand up to the parents.

The child must be capable of supporting himself or herself financially and managing his or her own affairs- Does this mean they need to be able to make enough money to cover basic needs and a means of getting to this job? Is there anything else required by this? Is there a certain amount needed to reach or is it case by case?

Each parent or guardian must consent- If the parents are controlling what the minor can and can't do to irrational extremes, how is this possible and can it be circumvented?

You should actually speak to an attorney. I'm not sure you are asking the right question. It sounds like you really want information on custody instead of emancipation.
