Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Jersey

Hello,

we are starting up a tenants committee within our trailer park and want to advertise for new members on our local cable channel. there is no charge for the ad, but can the owner/landlord hold us liable if we use the name of the trailer park in the ad? She lists the park as "incorporated".

The ad is simply to ask tenants to contact us if they are interested in joining the committee.

Thank you.

So long as you make it clear that you are not representing the trailer park, make no commercial use of the name, and stay away from disparaging comments, you should be okay.`
