Does Camden Iron & Metal, Inc. v. Klehr Harrison, 384 N.J. Super. 172 (App. Div., certif. denied), 187 N.J. 83 (2006) provide a new authority for a perspective that Professional Conduct do not provide a basis for a legal malpractice action in New Jersey?
