Re: er

If you are considering a medical malpractice case, I urge you to go to the phone book or your local Bar Association and start calling medical malpractice attorneys today. Most malpractice attorneys will speak to you without charge to see if you have a case that they are interested in taking.

There is a difference between malpractice and a medical malpractice case which an attorney can take.

You may find that attorneys hesitate to take cases involving elderly patients, regardless of the malpractice, because in general, their injuries will not involve lost income. What this means is that the amount of money an attorney can win if this goes to trial is not clear.

Attorneys will not invest the tens of thousands of dollars required to prove malpractice if they will not recover this investment.

That said, I encourage you to inquire further if you believe that your father was a victim of malpractice.
