Son was circumcised, but you can't tell, Doctor really messed up because it is still completely covered? What should I do?

You should be discussing whether the situation can be corrected with your son�s doctors.
Whether your son has a lawsuit or not depends on whether he has been permanently injured.
If it can be corrected, the damages would, in my opinion, not justify a lawsuit.
This is my opinion only, and I urge you to get additional opinions, if you decide that you wish to pursue legal action in this manner.
Your son has the right to sue until his 13th birthday, for an injury relating to his birth, if it is appropriate.
Nonetheless, for a variety of reasons, it would be best to resolve the issue as to whether there is a suit in this case as early as possible.
