Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

can I sue the DEA and Law Inforcement for medical malpractice

I would like to know if it is possiable for a smybolic case to SUE the DEA and Law enforment for Medical Malpractice . Currently I am a chronic Pain Patient and I have been harassed by Law enforcement because they think they are doctors and know How I should be treated . They currently are witch Hunting my doctor for prescribing needed meds . Now since my doctor may have his licence revoked for dracionian laws regarding needed pain meds . Can I sue for the DEA and Law enforment for Impersonating a doctor and practicing Medicine without a licence . I see this as something that is needed to be done . How do the DEA and law enforcement know how to treat me what is ther're medical training and how can they say my doctor is doing wrong and shut him down with no medical training themselves. I mean my doctor knows what he is doing and they have no training but thru pressure are making him practice medicine there way which is not thru a medical licence or training . So as a precedent setting case can I sue them for medical malpractice

I'm sorry to hear of your trouble. Personally, as a malpractice attorney, I wouldn't take on this case. Another attorney may feel differently.

You might try submitting your question under another specialty area - especially civil rights.
