Re: Auto accident

Since laws vary from state to state, it is always important to consult with an attorney in the state in which your matter may be pending. The law in NJ is that you will be barrred from recovery if you do not file your suit within two years of the date that the accident occurred. There is no law concerning when the case must be settled. As a matter of fact, it may never be settled. This is the reason that people are forced to file law suits; that is, if you cannot settle your case, then you need to file a law suit which, if not settled prior to trial, will be determined by a jury. And, as previously indicated, if the suit is not filed before the passage of two years, then you will be forever barred from recovery. You should immediately consult with a NJ attorney concerning your case so that your rights are protected. If you want to speak with me, feel free to call me at 856-546-8010. Good luck!
