Falling on city property

Can someone sue a city or township as a result of a fall (walking or bicycle) due to unplowed or untreated(sand,salt) street? (Especially when some of the streets a block or two away were cleared.)

It depends. Many factors go into suing a municipality. THe first thing is that you must have a "serious injury".
