Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

My wife and I are divorcing. My wife found pictures of a woman I had an affair with and sent them to this woman's personal email account. She is now afraid that wife will continue to send them to her house and doesn't want that hanging over her head never mind having her kids find them. Is there any way to legally stop wife and have images destroyed so the other woman can go on with her life without this hanging over her hed?

This falls under the general category of "you play, you pay".... or "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned".... either way, this is a bad situation.

Do both of you have lawyers? It sounds like if you don't already have one, you'll need one to protect yourself. This is sounding ugly, and ugly usually means the man gets the worst of it without good help.

You may be able to have the divorce mediator include a provision in the divorce concerning harassment, but don't count on it.
