Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
Adding a spouse to an existing Deed.
What do we need to do / file to add the wife's name to the deed as filed in the county of Union NJ. WE have been married 3 years and this deed was originally filed in Oct. 1994 and again in
May 1998 due to re-financing.
