Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
hey i am a landlordi have a question
My tenant hasnot pay me this month and i gave him a notice to quit and i also give him a notice that i am not reneweing a lease.. he is acting crazy and has refused to pay and is violating many of the lease terms what should i do ?
