Legality of renting a room in a house that you own and live in
Am I legally allowed to rent a room or
rooms in my own house. The room is
not in the basement it is a bedroom
with a closet. The house is located
Bergen County, New Jersey? Can you

There are a couple of places to look at the law, most importantly the Boro's ordinance.
You want to be careful about this.
