Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

My sister-in-law and mother-in-law own a property together. There is I beleive the"right of

survivorship" in the contract. My mother-in-law is now bed ridden with dimentia and is unable

to speak or understand anything. How can my mother-in-laws share of this property be handled

legally? Can her half be sold?

Your sister in law and mother in law have a huge problem that will take a lawyer to fix. Your mother in law needs someone to take care of business for her, probably a guardian.
