can i sue for my pool?

I lived in a house with someone for whom i paid the down payment on the house and paid all the bills for years..i then bought a pool..as a gift..after all she threw me out..out of the kindness of her heart,,i was left with nothing not even a spoon,,she was supposed to pay the pool payment which is in my name..,she did not,,so my question is...Can i take my pool? i own a home now and would like it,,she is selling the house for a substantional amount,,and no my name wasnt on the house either,,i had bad credit or i was lead to believe i did,,or may i sue her for the payment to pay for it? thanks i still owe $4300 on it and have been paying for it since i had to leave in feb 02 Also she is on disability and working for which i am her gardian and she will not remove my name off.,,when i told her i was going to call and tell them she said she would tell them that i was an accompliss,,i feel as though i'm stuck no matter what,,any advice would be appreciated as far as the pool goes,thanks

My advice, next time use an attorney to assist you, and get it all in writing. Sounds like you have a poor shot of recovery, since you have a history of gifts to her. I suggest you report the duplication of work and disability, or you could be considered as an accomplice for saying nothing.
