I recently sold a mobile home park in Vineland NJ and then recived a bill in the mail for past due electric bills from 1982 forward i have only owned the park since 2002 what im trying to find out is are there any laws on third party notification since i have never recived any notices about teneants electric bills being unpaid and never new i was responsible so they say.How can they never inform me if i was truly third party. do i have a leg to stand on on this issue or not thanks for your help

I think that you are saying that you owned the land between 2002 and 2006 and have been presented with a bill going back to 1982. Third-party or not, there are parts of that bill for which you are not responsible. There is and issue of the running of the limitations period, possible insurance coverage, and other potential defendants. I need to know more to help.
