Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

39:4-123 Improper Right And Left Turns-see Subsections

I got my first traffic ticket recently. I misunderstood the officer writing and thought the court date was today when it really was two days ago. The Orange municipal court rescheduled the court date online. Do I get charged for this? The ticket is 95 dollars and according to the njmcdirect website it is also two points. Can this be reduced?

You can get a no point violation but it is going to cost you because the no point violation they will

probably offer you has fines and other assesssment

totally approximately $400.00. You probably do not

need an attorney to bet a two point reduction.

Call me if you like.

Yes it could, however, the judge could fine you as punishment for missing your court date.
