Re: 10 year old ticket

You are looking at an additional suspension and fines. Depends on your prior record jail time. It is really advicable to have an attorney.

Such an old case normally poses a problem for the prosecutor because the officer has retired or just does not remember what the person he gave a summons to looks like. With an attorney you probably get an adjournment, because you must avoid making any statement to the prosecutor or the judge.

Call me if you like.

This may be defensible so you should speak with a lawyer as there may not be a witness to testify against you or the witness may not be able to identify you.

I have actually had situations like this for other clients.

We have a number of lawyers here who could assist you. Please call for an appointment if you are interested.

The reason you were suspended will be the determining factor as to whether your license will be further suspended. Because of this, I cannot give you a complete answer until I find out why you were suspended.I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
