parking ticket

I received a parking ticket for parking 20 min in a 15 min parking space- the civilian cop did not chalk my tires nor was there a meter can i fight this and win?

Any ticket can be contested, but you admit you were overtime. Weigh the cost of the ticket against spending an hour or 2 in Court. The only good outcome for you would be if the security guard doesn't show up, which frequently happens, but again you will be spending a lot of wasted time.

To start with the answer: No, you cannot fight this and win. Its your word against his He'll testify that you did park overtime. You will testify that you didn't. The judge will then convict you. Save your time. Don't bother trying to fight it.
