Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

traffic laws- new jersey

I was driving in Ocean City New Jersey

passed a construction site. Because it

was Sunday the site was closed. I was

caught by radar as a descended a

bridge passed the site and was clocked

by radar as speeding 24 miles over the

limit passed a construction zone. What

are the points in NJ for this and does it

matter the site was closed?

You are looking at 4 points and no, that is no defense. Thus, the fines will be doubled. I suggest you get an attorney to help you with this.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 if you'd like to discuss your case. I have offices in Ocean County and Middlesex County.

You are facing five point and a doubling of the fine because it was a construction zone, although there was no construction going on. There are solutions.

Call me if you like.
