Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

If I am a co-executor of my father's estate, can my sister write checks from my father's checking account to continue to pay bills for utitilities, homeowner's insurance, property taxes, etc. without my signature on the check? Her name is on the check with my father's name, but it is not her checking account.

Half that account is hers, and she is probably entitled to some other portion from the Estate.

Should she write checks, probably not, but then again, it is legally partially her money.
