Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

my father died he had alztheimers he was married to someone other then my Mother. I asked about the will it was all given to her including the life insurance that he had since we were little and he was married to my mom I am now 45. How do I know it was not changed by her to only benifit her and she now states she is making a new will, does that mean I am not going to recieve anything my father worked his life to create? I was second benificiary in his will. Does her making a new will cancel out anything that was in his?

If your dad made a new will while menatlly impaired his new will is subject to attack. See an attorney.

If the new will is good and done when your father was competent and not unduly influenced, his widow can now write a will leaving you out unless there was a Will Agreement or Pre-Nuptial Agreement. You should review this with an attorney in more detail.
