Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Wifes father died, estate being probated, wife is named as an heir to fathers estate, possibility that wife could die before estate proceeds are disbursed , does wifes share revert back to fathers estate or does her share become part of wifes estate?

The will would answer the question exactly BUT more than likely the proceeds will be going to the wife's estate.

Probably go to the wife's estate, but it is possible the Will changes that. You should get a local lawyer to get this handled for you.

I agree that wife's estate will probably take her place, but the provisions of the Will should answer this question.
