Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Wills

my question to you is, my father in law passed away and had been remarried to another for 13 years. We were told there was no will by his current wife. Nothin was in his name. He however had two sons from a previous marriage. Are the two sons entitled to anything?

Re: Wills

If there is no will the deceased's children share in his estate if it is large enough. His wife receives the first $50000.00 and then shares the balance with the decedent's children.
