Re: reopen case

If this is a new injury to a different part of your body, then you file against your new employer. If your old injury is just getting worse and has not been exacerbated by your new work, then you file against your old employer. If it is the old injury being made worse by your new job duties, then you can file against your new employer, but they eventually would get a credit for any money paid to you on your old claim. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various workers compensation courts in New Jersey in the past. I would like to discuss your case with you in more detail. Please contact me about this, I never charge for simoply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
