Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Mexico

i am breaking my lease and moving my store to a more affordable location. I tried working with the landlord but they won't budge. I am also filing for bankrupty. What can the landlord do if they catch me moving out? I am paid through the end of the month and our move will be april 21 and 22.

Nothing. You can move anytime you want to. Of course you may have to pay whatever penalties are called for by the lease.
