I own a food business & recently found out one of my employees has Aids how can I legally not have him work for me anymore????

New Mexico is an employment-at-will state. That means an employee can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all. Thus an employer is not required to provide a reason for employment termination. This assumes the employee has no employment contract and no union membership.
