What is the Civil Rights Fed. Statute under the USC?

I just need to know the entire Civil Rights Statute of

1964? Also is it a violation of someones Civil Rights to make racial comments/statements as it relates to housing etc. I know it has something to do with Title 42 USC ?Please

try to reply ASAP! Thank you. Also do home builders have to

maintain ''Insurance'' on their ''Model-Homes''???In case someone is injuried while visiting their models?

You can research federal law at www.findlaw.com at no charge. Racial discrimination is illegal in housing.

It is not mandatory that a builder carry public liability insurance on a model home, but most do.
