car problem
i took my saturn for oil change they put the filter in improperty and caused castrophic damage to my engine they will not pay they said i went to long between oil changes 7,700 bottom line they installed it wrong

Your only problem will be proving that the oil filter was reinstalled improperly. If you have good evidence of that, your lawyer should have no problem winning a suit.
