Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New Mexico
im 16 years old i owe money to someone for a job i did on a phone i got everything right but her phone is not getting it right. i done this over and over again ad get them right just not on her phone. i have a disclaimer saying all sales are are final she wants to call the cops how far can this go?

The cops won't be interested as it's a civil matter. Perhaps for public relations purposes you should consider refunding all or a portion of the money she paid you. It is not, after all, her fault.
