Legal Question
What is the logic of making it legal for a child to run away from home with no penalties to the child, but if the kid gets in trouble the parent pays the price? In my state of New Mexico those are ussues that parents have to deal with, I understand that that law was made because some parents are abusive, but not all parents are abusive. Why do responsible parents pay the price for absuvie parents?
