Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Mexico

i fell down at a smiths grocery store the floor was wet i am 100% disabled i have kidney disease, muscle neuropathy, and have type two diabetis . smiths sent me a letter wanting to know all my doctors for the last 10 years and the medications i am on . they also want to know if i have HIV, my mental state and any alchol abuse is this normal

If you have a claim against Smiths, you should not be talking with them at all or filling out anything. Consult a personal injury attorney in your area. Get references from friends, or go to http://nmbar.org and find one there. Initial conferences are usually done at no charge. Ask first.
