Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Mexico
We have had no statements or communication with our mortgage company since December 2009.Have sent three letters certified that have been signed for, but no response. The phone number always shows busy.I called info for a new listing but they don't show anything or even list the address as being legitimate. What should we do?

It is not clear why you would need to communicate with your mortgage company. Skip a payment, however, and they will contact you.
