Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Mexico

Personal Injury or Work Comp?

I work for a hotel as a live in Employee. They pay me with my room and a little cash daily. Unforchanately, I am forced to work seven days a week and they do not give me a day off unless I pay for my room. I am injured in a few areas that I know require medical attention because of the need to work seven days a week. My Back and Shoulders are in very bad shape and I have had two back surgeries in the past. I think the new injury to my back is in the same area as the old injury. The Shoulders are just not working right and am in a lot of pain with them.

Do I have a leg to stand on?
