Under NY & Federal law, depending upon what type of work you do and the position you hold, you may be eligible for overtime pay for those hours worked over 40 during the week. If I had more time to discuss the particular facts of your case with you, I may be able to better advise you on what type of case you have.

By way of background, our firm practices this area of law on a daily basis. We handle both federal and state employment law claims and would be interested in speaking with you about your matter. Please feel free to give us a call to discuss your case in greater detail.
