Legal Question in Disability Law in New York
My father died 10/29/10. His wife, my step-mother, has not provided a copy of my father's will to me and my 2 brothers. First question, are we entiled to a copy of his will? and if yes, how do we legalling request a copy?

If there is a Will it should be submitted for probate regardless of whether you are named in the Will. You may want to consider filing an action in the probate court for administration of your father's estate with or without your step-mother's cooperation.
