How much does it cost to file a motion to avoid judical liens (liens against home)

Generally, the fee for a motion to avoid judicial liens is in addition to the flat fee charged to represent a debtor in the bankruptcy proceeding. I will usually charge an additional $750 on top of the flat fee. The fee could be higher if there were many liens to be voided.
