Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Customer Requesting info

Hi, one of our customers wrote a letter asking to know who the president of the company is, what is the corporate address and who the vice president(s) is, in this case we have 1 president and 1 VP, and each address that we do business at. Legally are we responsible to tell the customer this information? I know the customer might want to do a back ground check before they do business with us, however I wanted to know If the customer asks who the president is and VP if we are required to say so, Thanks, (Private c-corp) New York

Re: Customer Requesting info

If you want them as a customer, answer their question. If you don't, don't. Why be coy about who your officers are?
