Not enough facts are presented. Are you interested in a simple domestic Limited Liability Company, or some ofshore entity? A simple domestic LLC would run a client about $500 to $750, which includes the State filing fees. These filing fees differ from state to state. This is a response to an Internet question and the reply is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be legal advice or as creating an attorney-client relationship.

Not difficult at all. The cost is typically a few hundred dollars. Some states also have a publishing fee. I help entrepreneurs form companies. Ping me off line.

It is not difficult, we have created entities for many foreign clients although acquiring the FEIN now without a US social security number has become more challenging as is opening a business bank account without a physical presence.

There is really no way to know what the cost will be without understanding all the facts and circumstances. I'm sure you understand that there is no one-size-fits-all formula for something like this, but if your requirements are not very complicated the fees will be low.

I would suggest that you consult with some attorneys in private perhaps via Skype to discuss in more detail this way you understand all the issues.

If you would like to discuss further over a free phone/Skype consult, feel free to contact me anytime that is convenient.
