Incorporation of medical center(s)
Dear Madam, Sir,
Do I need to be a licensed Doctor in New York State before I can Incorporate a medical center ? My objectives are to hire licensed Doctors and medical staff to work for my company and provide medical assistance to the community.

You bet..and some insurers are not paying where they find same to be otherwise...but that are ways around this involving intricate legal manuevers.
