I have some questions about a
website Idea. Can anyone collect
donations? If they can what can be
done with that money? As long as it
is being explained to the donaters.
On another note can anyone hold a
contest where you could possibly win
something? For instance you pay a
dollar to be entered into a chance to
win $10,000 or a car.
