Legal Question in Business Law in New York

what is the best state to incorporate

I apologize for my grammatical mistakes from the previous post. I actually have three questions. I wanted to know which state is said to be the best state to incorporate or start a small business?.

If I plan on relocating to Florida would it be beneficial to incorporate the business in the state of Florida as well as remain registered in the state of New York?

If I am going to do business in another country (central america) should I remain as a C corp?

Re: what is the best state to incorporate

(1) Your answer depends on your individual tax and personal circumstances.

(2) Again, your answer depends on your individual tax and personal circumstances.

(3) Yet again, your answer depends on your individual tax and personal circumstances.

You need to hire an attorney to work with you. Sorry, but these issues are very, very much based in your individual circumstances and cannot be just generally tossed off by any lawyer worth their salt. What is best for you may or may not be best for someone else, and what is best for you depends on what your individual circumstances tell us after analysis of them from a legal and tax perspective. That analysis is WAY too much for this forum!
