Legal Question in Business Law in New York

work abuse

the chef at the restaraunt i work at threw a butchers knife in my direction during a verbal altercation, two weeks ago. he consistently verbally abuses my coworkers and i by calling us names all the time and just last night he threw paper in my face. i have reported his actions to my supervisors and nothing has happend. is there anything i can do legally??

Call the police. You have been harassed and possibly your chef could be charged with attempted assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, and there is probably more.

STOP WORKING THERE. IF you all quit, the boss will get the point. (Unless the chef is his wife.)
