Are you civil rights violated if a police

officer comes up to you without any

reason and searches you violating you

in the street practically taking off your

clothes and touching your private

parts?

If as you described you were touched without any reasonable suspicion and the office touched you in inappropriate areas then, yes, I would say your civil rights were violated.
