I assume you are asking whether a wife would be eligible for health care because her husband is a Native American and has received health care under an Indian Health Services program. If so, and you are not an "Indian" like the husband -- typically shown by being an enrolled member of an Indian tribe federally recgonized by the United States -- a spouse is generally ineligible for health care under this program. There are some rare instances when non-Indians can use facilities/services but such instances are unusual. In some other rare instancess, a tribe where the spouse is a member might makes such services available.
