Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
Perfume
Can I be told from my supervisor that I cannot wear perfume at work due to another employee who has allergies and it so-calls bothers her and yet at the same time other employees in the same office can wear the exact perfume and she doesn't react to theirs?
