Legal Question

My x-boss canceled my health insurance (for me But not others) without my knowledge or consent, then prevented me from obtaining COBRA.

I found out when I went to the Dr. and had to pay out of pocket.

What can I do????

He fired me for having Lupus. He told me this face to face. I never took a sick day in over 4 years.
