Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
Is it legal for a restruant located in New York State to allow a woman to sit the main dining roon with a hat on but force a man with a child to sit at a table in the bar when he does not condone or want to encourage underage drinking? We ordered no alcohol drinks with our dinner.
Then when we spotted what appeared to be a man in the dining room with a hat on we were told that the person was a customer who came in often and was a lesbian????
