Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
If I ordered something from a company, and they send the wrong item in the box labelled with my name, and then send me the real thing I ordered days later with my name on it, what happens if I keep both items?

The company made good on its contract with you by sending you the correct item, albeit late.
Mistake has been rectified; you return the unwanted item at company's cost. You keep it, you own it and have to pay for it and your credit card or bank will be charged in case you keep the goods.
